The Happiologist
You know that phase when you’re busy ticking off society’s/’the communities’ checklist, thinking it’s the key to personal fulfilment? (Been there, done that). Rewind to my late twenties – reality check! Picture this: perfect life on the outside, but behind closed doors, it was more like a rollercoaster of struggles, and kidding myself and others, that this was the life that was right for me.
I had aced the success game, did everything by the book, but guess what? I found myself wrestling with trauma and anxiety, and facing a serious shortage of courage – allowing years of limiting beliefs to hold me back from being, authentic me.
Then one day, (having ignored numerous signs..they are everywhere by the way), health issues decided to gate-crash my story, and even Western medicine threw its hands up and let me down. And someone (tactfully) asked me, imagine knowing you might only have a year to live, what actions would you take, and how would you want to be remembered? I was shocked, but they were right. The potential of life being cut short provided a weirdly unique perspective, allowing me to really for the first time, understand the value of my existence – just by thinking about my potential non-existence.
That’s when I decided it was high time for me to become the hero of my own story, not others. Cue the quest for inner exploration, observation and peace! I spent years travelling the world understanding cultures and practices; diving into everything from mindfulness to quantum energy healing (yes, I went full-on superhero mode). The result? I cracked the code to mental and physical wellness.
Now, armed with a backpack full of wisdom and as a qualified positive psychology coach, I’m here to help you navigate life’s twists and turns. Let’s upgrade your story too, (minus the years of researching and unnecessary drama)! Together, we’ll embrace a brave new you!

I’ve dedicated myself to guiding those navigating the tricky space between expectations and reality. Imagine it as a journey to rediscover your inner strength, identify your purpose, and set off on a path toward genuine happiness. I’m a firm believer in the power of mastering mindset and positive psychology, and I inject that philosophy into everything I share. It’s like the secret sauce for breaking free from the monotony of repetitive cycles.
Currently stationed in London, in the City, I wear two hats – one as a positive psychology coach and the other as a culture and wellbeing ambassador in the corporate arena. I’m here to share the valuable tools and insights I’ve gathered over decades, from across the globe, connecting with a growing community of fellow superheroes, on their own journeys!
I’m a strong advocate that it’s never too late to reshape your life with purpose and happiness. And it doesn’t have to be hard. Don’t overthink it.
